Smart film works on any flat, smooth glass — single pane, toughened, laminated. It can also be sandwiched between two panes during glass manufacture for permanent installations.

Yes. The film is rated for indoor humidity. For wet areas like shower screens, we recommend sealing the edges with neutral-cure silicone after installation.

Most DIY installs take 30–60 minutes per panel. The cleaning and prep is the slowest part — the film itself goes on quickly with a squeegee.

All ClearSwitch films come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against delamination and electrical defects.

Yes — the film applies to the inside surface of the inner pane. For permanent integration into double-glazed units, we recommend ordering during the glass manufacturing stage.
