How we ship
ClearSwitch is an Australian-owned online distributor based in Brisbane that ships worldwide. All orders are fulfilled by our supplier and shipped directly to your nominated delivery address. We do not hold local stock — your film is custom cut and shipped to order.

All rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

International shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days (varies by destination).
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
- Contact us at hello@clearswitch.tech for a shipping quote to your country before ordering.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- International customers are not charged Australian GST — prices will be adjusted at checkout for international orders (approximately 9% lower than the listed price).

Please note: These are estimates only. Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and dispatched by our supplier, which typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed (custom cutting and quality check).
Why does shipping take this long?
Your film is custom cut to your exact measurements and shipped directly from our supplier. This allows us to offer significantly lower prices than local retailers who hold stock. We believe the savings are worth the wait — but please plan ahead, especially for renovation or construction projects.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after you receive your dispatch notification.
Customs, duties & import taxes
For most destinations we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — import duties and customs fees are included in the shipping rate. In some countries local taxes (VAT/sales tax) may still apply on import. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will confirm exactly what to expect for your destination.
In rare cases, your local customs authority may hold a parcel for inspection. This is outside our control and may add 2–5 business days to your delivery.
Excluded destinations
We do not ship to countries or regions subject to Australian, US, EU or UN sanctions. This currently includes (but is not limited to) North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and certain regions of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order to a sanctioned destination and will provide a full refund if this occurs.
PO boxes and parcel lockers
We can ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers for smaller accessory orders. For film orders (which are shipped in tubes), a physical street address is required.
Undeliverable orders
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the parcel may be returned to our supplier. In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Please double-check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
Lost or missing parcels
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and in a safe place at your property
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 3 business days (Australia) or 7 business days (international), contact us at hello@clearswitch.tech and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
Public holidays and processing delays
Orders placed during Chinese public holidays (particularly Chinese New Year in January/February and Golden Week in October) may experience additional delays of 1–2 weeks. We will notify customers of any known delays via our website and email.
